We use your information only for the purposes for which it was collected. This includes processing your investment transactions in Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Bonds, completing KYC verification as required by SEBI and AMFI, and sending account statements, portfolio updates, and transaction confirmations. We also use it to respond to your queries via email, phone, or WhatsApp, to resolve any complaints or grievances, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only when necessary — with AMCs, RTAs, and other SEBI-registered entities to execute your instructions, with KYC Registration Agencies and CKYC as required by law, with technology service providers who support our operations under strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulators, courts, or government authorities when required by law. Any third party we share data with is required to keep it confidential and use it solely for the purpose it was shared.
WhatsApp Communications
We use WhatsApp Business (via AiSensy) to respond to enquiries and share service updates. By contacting us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive responses through that channel. You can opt out at any time by letting us know. WhatsApp communications are also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.
